  • Job Description Summary
    The Payment Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the activities of the payment processing staff, including but not limited to investigation and reprocessing of all rejected and returned site payments, ensuring all trackers are completed
    appropriately and within standard processing & control guidelines. The role serves as the primary point of customer service
    contact for the Payments Services on payment inquiries. Position is also responsible for Financial Operations metric and
    other report processing as required

    The Payment Supervisor Position is responsible for overseeing a team of 6 payment processors to ensure work is compliant and SSAE20 controls and validations are met.  Every duty of this team represents a key control step for the Financial Lifecycle organization, subject to annual audit.   The team oversees payments for our 50+ clients, 9,000+ sites and over 400+ contracted studies.
