In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking aGlobal Senior Marketing Manager. This is a remote based role, with occasional travel.

The Global Senior Marketing Manager will design develop and implement Global preclinical marketing strategies to support business goals and objectives, execute tactical plans, analyze key results and report on outcomes. They will also Identify new opportunities to optimize positioning and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities: Work with commercial and operational partners to establish and implement strategies, portfolio development plans, positioning and messaging plans consistent with both corporate and business unit branding platforms. Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Plan, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising based on in depth analysis of data, insights and customer behavior. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Communicate strategy, provide direction and leadership to support teams and subject matter experts to drive objectives and key results and ROI (value). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Research and analyze customer behavior to define and identify major factors influencing the buying process. Participate in design, development and implementation of sales training programs.

The following are minimum requirements related to the Global Senior Marketing Manager position. Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in marketing or related discipline Digital marketing background preferred with Sales Force and Pardot experience and strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking. Extensive, proven experience with agile and digital marketing, marketing analytics, and/or related experience or equivalent in a combination of product management, communications and business management positions within a technical environment (e.g., biotech, pharmaceutical, or laboratory). Knowledge of the preclinical Biotech and Chemical industry is a plus. Proven ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams to achieve established goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience with Digital Platforms such as Pardot, Workfront, Widen, Salesforce.com, Power BI, Google analytics Creative thinking and resourcefulness. Data driven and analytical. Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt with agility. Project management skills (Smartsheet experience)

Salary for this position will be based upon skills and experience.
