Under general supervision, the Phone Recruiter screens potential subjects/patients via telephone using prepared questionnaires to determine preliminary eligibility for study participation. Schedules consent/screening appointments for those subjects/patients who pass preliminary phone screening interview. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months to 1 year of direct customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Requires patience and the ability to put the patient/subject's concerns first by friendly and courteous phone screening Requires the ability to spend the majority of the work day on the phone, speaking with a variety of patients/subjects while remaining courteous and friendly Requires excellent phone skills, communication skillsMust be able to type information into computerized screening form while speaking with patients/subjects on the telephone
