We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Global Talent Acquisition Team. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere within the U.S. and will need to travel to Wilmington, MA on a quarterly basis.

The Recruiting Coordinator role with partner with a Sr. Recruiter and be responsible for managing the following activities:

• Submits request for Corporate Security Screens

• Coordinate interview schedules

• Schedule candidate travel

• Creates offer packets (letter and appropriate NDA)

• Initiates employment screening requests

• Monitors and reviews employment screening results

• Partners with Recruiter, HRBP, and/or Security/Legal when needed

• Initiates Pre-Boarding

• Communicates to new hire about expectations once offer is accepted

• Monitors Pre-Boarding to ensure New Employee Step is completed

• Closes out job requisitions in talentHUB
