Software Development Mgr

Responsibilities:

• Translate functional, technical and business requirements into solution design.
• Provide technical leadership in Mongodb, nodeJS, ReactJS.
• Break down the design into manageable development tasks.
• Develop, implement and support software solutions. 
• Estimate effort and timeline for product enhancements and implementations.
• Collaborate with Engagement team in establishing project schedule and delivery milestones.
• Create technical and support documentations.
• Active involvement in continuous improvement of applications and processes.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• 8 years or more experience in Application development.
• In depth knowledge and experience in JavaScript,,NodeJS, Angular, ReactJS.
• 3 years of experience in MongoDB.
• Experience in Web development and rapid prototyping.
• Experience using GIT for version control.
• Ability to identify root causes of technical problems and recommend solutions.
• Possess an expert knowledge in software development tools, practices, and lifecycle methodologies
• Working knowledge of Oracle is a plus
• Ability to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
