About the role

  • You’ll be part of a very tight, highly professional team comprised of domain experts, former clinical research practitioners and engineers tackling all aspects of our business and operations.
  • This position is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining report and dashboards,e.g. to monitor the progress of clinical trial, recruitment, data quality, or export data to third party systems using a variety of formats like CSV, Excel, SAS, etc.The reports and dashboards interact with ClinSpark® by providing HTML forms to allow users to configure the view or define filters. The data access is done using either plain SQL or Grail’s GORM.The solution is currently Java-oriented but the technology landscape may evolve to bring in integrations with third party reporting tools like Tibco Spotfire, and others to be discussed. The reporting/dashboard solution will also be much improved over time, to become a solution of its own right, so you will be able to express your skills in the field of APIs, micro services and scalable deployments. For our customer production environments, you’ll contribute to automating systems for deployment, monitoring and fault tolerance. You’ll be directly engaged with customers on technical implementation questions, as well as troubleshooting their issues.
  • Experience and familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS, Java/Groovy is a must. CI/CD, Cloud Platforms (preferably Amazon Web Services), Monitoring platforms (preferably Datadog), as well as awareness of regulations applicable to clinical data is appreciated.
  • This position can be fully remote or office based in Poland.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree computer science, comparable field, or relevant work experience.
  • Five (5) years related experience in SQL/HTML/CSS/java etc..
  • Experience with clinical trials, core labs or medical devices is a plus.
