  Create and maintain digital marketing campaigns and content to drive portfolio growth. Work with commercial teams for rollout planning and implementation. Enhance and optimize the web experience through best practices, content development, SEO, and marketing technology tools. Enhance the digital experience of the client to create inbound leads and client engagement: Marketing; Content Marketing; Social Media Marketing; Search Engine Optimisation (SEO); Google Ads; Display and Video Advertising; Email Marketing; Website Optimization; Analytics with Google Analytics; Digital Marketing Strategy; Account Based Marketing; event promotions Collaborate with Marketing and Sales managers to develop inbound marketing and account-based marketing campaigns (i.e. Advertising, Website inquiries, webinars, tradeshows, social media campaigns, seminars and workshops). Work and maintain a cooperative relationship with the sales team to optimize the conversion to sales qualified leads when outside of scope, domain or function. Utilize SalesForce to monitor, advance opportunity status progression and review/report on completed projects Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns, monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness, quantify ROI and optimize for future projects. Create and optimize lead nurturing programs for inbound and outbound marketing initiatives through email content and other digital channels. Follow up on of site traffic leads to SEO/SEM initiatives, dedicated landing pages, content marketing and perform calls to action Collaborate with the Market Research team to research and develop Lead gen projects for new and focused markets. Work with business analytics to help research and understand the market dynamics and market potential in assigned areas identify market growth opportunities and incorporate them into marketing program development (competitive landscape, market trends, etc.) Work with Client Engagement on creating, managing and reporting on Engagement studios and content, with the guidance of the Marketing Manager. Collaborate and assist with Event specialists on virtual and in-person event logistics and management (webinars, seminars, workshops, chapter events, conferences, etc.) Maintain a working knowledge of all company product lines with more in-depth knowledge of the business segment that is being supported. Work with Marketing Managers to update business-specific materials with direction. Attend relevant tradeshows, conferences and Charles River events, as needed. Manage translations activities where required. Manage vendors (advertising, promotion) where required. Organizing internal and external communications, which can include presentations, announcements and speeches. Perform all other related duties as assigned.

  Job Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A /B.S.) or equivalent in marketing, business or related discipline. Experience: 3-5 years related experience in marketing. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must regularly operate a computer and occasionally operate other office productivity machinery. Must regularly communicate with employees/customers; must be able to exchange accurate information.
