We are looking for Patient Screeners to work onsite in Austin Texas, who have excellent communication and administration skills to work for a global clinical research company.

This position is a fantastic opportunity for candidates from all backgrounds to showcase their communication, rapport building skills and positive attitude in a forward-thinking environment.

Essential Functions

• Phone screening patients for clinical studies by collecting medical history, medications, etc.

• Answer a high volume of patient calls.
• Contact interested patients who submitted an inquiry to participate in current studies.
• Data entry in our Clinical Trial Management System
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Work with our Clinical Sites nationwide
• Training Provided

Qualifications

•     High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional and friendly phone manner
• Excellent computer data entry skills
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must be dependable, responsible & punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Medical knowledge a plus, but not necessary
• Team player with a positive attitude

Pay Range $16-$22/hour

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $36,000.00 - $54,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
