Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Developer to join our team at IDD Uppsala. As a Supply Chain Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize our supply chain operations. Your expertise in Power BI will be crucial in analyzing and visualizing data to drive informed decision-making within the organization. This role requires a solid understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize supply chain operations, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Use Power BI to analyze and visualize supply chain data, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor and track key supply chain metrics.
• Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Support the implementation of supply chain management systems and tools, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and standard processes in supply chain management and data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience as a Supply Chain Developer or similar role, with a solid focus on data analytics and visualization.
• Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes and standard methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
• God communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams.
• Diligent and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS) is a plus.
