What you will be doing?

Manage Comparator Purchasing Documentation requests including:

  • Requesting standard receiving documents from third party suppliers
  • Filing of receiving document onto internal Drug Product SharePoint sites
  • Providing documents to Logistics Integrator (upon request)
  • Provide Release documents (CoA/Chamber of Commerce) to Trial Supply Planners (upon request):
  • Support reported TORs (Time out of Refrigeration) for Drug Product as needed

Comparator Drug Product Release follow-ups

  • Follow-up on Release status of comparator POs to support Pack & Label timelines

Manage a Comparator Tracking Report (quote requests & active PO’S).

  • Active  POs:  Description, Study, IDP, PO (or PO requested date), PO value, Requested delivery date , Arrival date, Comments Requests/Quotes: Market Analysis quotes requested by Clinical Supply Integrators
    • Follow-up with third party suppliers
    • Create standard process and form for these requests, manage archiving

Transcelerate Comparator Network support:

  • RFP (request for proposal aka forecast for current drugs being procured by our team)
  • DRF (document request- COA, Coc, Tor’s- follow up on supplier timing to receive these documents)

Supply Collaboration Agreements:

  • Manage shipment log (1x per month)

Drug Product Sample Requests:

  • Support drug product sample requests and upload to SharePoint

What do you need to have?

  • Four year college degree required or its international equivalent or related experience
  • Read, write and speak fluent English; fluent in host country language required.
  • Experience with Microsoft office packages Word, SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint is required. Strong understanding and experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred -special emphasis on utilizing Excel spreadsheets to solve business inquiries.
  • Experience using financial management system for procurement activities
  • Knowledge in drug development, global clinical operations, and strategic planning is preferred.
