About Team: Budapest Distributor Customer Care Team plays a vital role in managing Quote to Cash transactions, supporting customers and distributors in the region.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Providing customer service support to Middle-East Distributors
• Responsible for customer orders, inquiries, quotes and invoices 
• Dealing with customer complaints and complex requirements 
• Manage multiple daily reports
• Preparing country specific shipment paperwork, schedule daily shipments
• Working with Finance / Sales / Warehouse 

Candidate Requirements:

• Experienced Microsoft Office and E1 user
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to identify and solve problems and to multitask under deadlines
• Customer service experience required, preferably in an office environment
• Must possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and perform as a team player
• Display attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and / or delegate effectively
• Demonstrate judgment, tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
• Work on own initiative, work well with others and lead by example
