Job Description

Position Summary:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our regional Total Rewards team in a newly created position. 

The role focusses on providing project management, governance, and technical support on a range of country and multi country Total Rewards initiatives.   The main focus will be on ensuring solid project management and governance of benefit integration activities to harmonise at a country level and / or integrate new acquisitions into the existing arrangements including systems and processes.

This role will work closely with multiple collaborators from the county Rewards partners, to providing overview and updates to the global steering groups and other global partners.

The role will also support with the development of our offering for new countries and where changes are needed to the country level offerings.   Working to develop communication and tracking tools to enable a clear view of project achievements and enable better communication of our offering both within counties and to the wider global HR team.

What will you do?

  • Primary accountability for the project management of regional integration activities to provide a complete view of the various initiatives, progress, and interdependencies.
  • Provide centralised support to the country-aligned Total Rewards team, through the development of policies, standardised templates to enhance awareness and governance processes for multi-country compensation or benefits / wellbeing initiatives.
  • Deliver overall project management of the Total Rewards aspects of country integrations.  This will include the development and management of integration dashboards to supervise each country project within the perimeter of a deal.
  • Coordinate regional TR activities and submissions to the HR M&A steering groups.
  • Development of core communication templates, or global partner update briefings, to drive process efficiency and provide line of sight to country level initiatives.
  • Actively engage in the design process and implementation of global Total Rewards programs and tools to ensure local market considerations are factored into the planning.
  • Assist in global Benefits management processes, including financing methodologies and dashboards.
  • Support other Total Reward projects including compensation, systems and global benefit programs.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Solid project management skills
  • Superb communication skills
  • Significant experience in benefits across multiple organization
  • Solid understanding of Workday
  • Preferably have experience of flexible benefits technology (e.g. Darwin).
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Sophisticated excel skills
  • Good analytic skills
