Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Take initiative in finding ways to enhance customer experience and foster customer loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely follow-up
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries

Requirements:

  • Education: Science career in Life Science as Chemistry, Biological, etc (MUST)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strict attention to detail and the ability to determine and meet customer needs
