How Will You Make an Impact?

The Biosciences Division is a global multi-billion dollar business with innovative products, services, and capabilities. Our Commercial Finance function provides oversight and support for our fast-paced, dedicated global sales teams. We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to transform practical insights into financially sound decisions driving accountability and growth. This role will provide you an opportunity to gain valuable regional and global experiences and professional growth.

A Day in the Life:
  • Support the global forecasting and planning process in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing leadership
  • Use key performance indicators to build strategies to deliver on growth and expectations while identifying risks and mitigation strategies
  • Work with divisional counterparts assuring alignment between global and regional requirements
  • Develop, mentor, and provide leadership within the team while building positive relationships across the business
  • Complete special projects as requested, such as go-to market strategies and data efficiencies, collaborating across teams

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CPA, MA preferred but not required).

Experience
  • 7+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting within a large company.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Partners across groups, divisions, and functions to understand business needs and explore new ventures
  • Ability to handle large sets of data, crafting accurate reports with responsibility for the quality and integrity of results
  • Organized multitasker that is able to meet timelines while achieving results, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel are required; Oracle, HFM/CMR, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) are preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00–$185,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
