Description

In this role, you will prepare, reconcile, analyze and report PMO revenue, contracts, projects, and associated metrics. You will enthusiastically produce financial and other business analyses, interpretation, and investigation of data for operations for assigned projects and contracts. As a financial analyst you will ensure that all reporting activities are accurate and prepared within established timelines. For you, the sweetest success is shared success and you’re known for your good nature. You will:

  • Prepare monthly project level actual versus budget/forecast variance analysis as well as monthly
  • Coordinate monthly forecasting
  • Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) for PMO 3rd party vendors in Great Plains (GP)
  • Support audits of assigned programs

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, related fields, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ related finance experience
  • Demonstrated competency at thoughtful analysis and problem solving
  • Experience and proficiency with corporate accounting systems/software

Desired Requirements:

  • Project accounting experience in professional services
