Call Center Agent

Position description

  • Organization and management of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Call center support and patient service for home care issues
  • Providing consultancy support
  • Receiving, recording and confirming patient appointments based on company procedures

Qualifications

  • Degree in AEI/ATEI/IEK Professionals
  • Previous experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in handling ERP platform, CRM
  • Good knowledge of English language
