Job Overview

Manages the activities related to the management of individual sales contributors for a geographic area, industry, or market segment.

This is a remote opportunity with travel involved.

Essential Functions
• Manages sales directly to end-users IQVIA Health's products or services in a large specified geographic area, or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis.
• Incumbents manage only individual contributor sales account managers.
• Responsible for managing individual sales contributors for geographic area, industry, or market segment.
• Accountable for attracting new producers and developing and training sales reps in prospecting and business development.
• Responsible for developing and implementing sales programs.
• Responsible for projecting and establishing annual revenue quotas.
• Establishes sales methodologies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of sales leadership and direct field sales experience required Or
• Master's Degree with 8 years of experience required OR
• Ph.D. with 5 years of experience required
