Job Summary We are seeking a Director, Business Technology Partnershipsfor ourGlobal Biologics Groupsite located inWilmington, MA.

As a strategic partner, the role is to solve business problems through technology, identify and prioritize projects and drive adoption of technology solutions in order to achieve global Biologics’ goals andresults. They partner to build out technology solution roadmaps and align the development of these solutions with business priorities. The strategy is developed to support the future of the organization by accounting for changes in our global business, industry, and macro technology environment. Manages the connections between the market, the mission and the means. The BTP role is the face of IT to the Biologics business and is responsible to coordinate and lead the business through process design and implementation of technology solutions, in partnership with IT service delivery teams. The BTP role is responsible for understanding the business strategy, business demand, and ensuring effective delivery of solutions working in close collaboration with IT delivery teams. Additionally they are responsible for enabling day to day operational technology needs across the business through IT site service delivery teams.

The following are responsibilities related to theDirector, Business Technology Partnerships position:

Managing a high-performance team Solving business & technology problems with business partners Developing and managing an optimized portfolio of projects and products for Reliable Project Delivery Adoption of projects and products in the business to achieve stated business goals Manage IT site service support teams Maintaining a high level of knowledge around their respective business area(s) as evidenced by their acceptance of the IT leader as a go to source Communicating to their customers about relevant technology developments Recommending technology and process changes to customers, including leading and current practices Collecting information from their respective business area(s) regarding ideas, projects, emergencies, and requests for service Creating a roadmap based on business strategy & objectives Leading their respective business area(s) through a decision process to finalize projects on the priority list Creating the operating plan for the IT customer partnership team supporting their respective business area(s) Leading implementation of technology in accordance with defined priorities & customer needs Responsible for fiscal management of the IT budget in their respective business area(s)

Job Requirements The following are minimum qualifications related to theDirector, Business Technology Partnershipsposition:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience building strong customer relationships Experience managing people preferred. Consulting experience preferred. Problem Solving Tools/Theory of Constraints (TOC) Prioritization Methodology/Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and partner with senior business leaders. Demonstrated ability to balance customer responsiveness Demonstrated ability to lead the analysis of complex business needs, and integrate those into compelling and actionable strategic plans. Strong ability to operate within a matrixed organization. Matrix management includes business partners as well as multiple IT capability leaders.
