At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for an Imaging, Project Assistant to join the team in our Leopardstown, Dublin 18 location.

The Role:

The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Document Management or designee and is responsible for the administrative aspect of each study and providing assistance to the Project Manager.To be an expert, organize and maintain study documentation including preparation for internal/external audits, final reconciliation and archivalPrepares / distribution of Project ReportsCommunication with client, sites, CRO, and CRAsAssists Project Managers with agendas and meeting minutesPerform client teleconferences in absence of Project ManagerAssists with scheduling of site Imaging Manual trainingsManagement of Study Centers for study supplies, applicable system access, and queriesAssists with scheduling of reviewers for Offsite Assessments/Blinded ReadsQuality Control of Offsite Assessments/Blinded Reads (as applicable)Updates and maintains Project Tracking in MIRA Information including Site/Contact and Site/Subject Reconciliation featureUpdates and maintains Study Files including enrollment logs and data status in MIRA and PIER.Maintains inventories of study suppliesAssists with audit preparationAssists with Data reconciliation (as applicable)Assist with the development/maintenance of the project specific Staffing PlanOther duties as assigned/requiredManagement of Outstanding Data and QueriesManagement of Site / Subject InformationManagement of site user access to applicable systemsManagement of Site Supplies

What you will need:Trained in Good Clinical Practices - EssentialA minimum of 2 years' experience successfully performing an administrative role/dutyAble to work as part of a team and/or individually on multiple client projectsOrganizational skills; ability to multi-taskDocumentation skillsCommunication skillsBusiness computer skillsFluent in written and spoken English. Additional language skills desirableDue to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel. Therefore, dependent on the employee's location, the employee may be required to possess a valid driver's license.
