Hit-to-Lead and Lead Optimization

The Pharmacelsus portfolio covers the complete drug discovery and development testing program for small molecules and peptides in vitro, in vivo, ex vivo as well as G(C)LP and non-GLP bioanalysis. Structural, physicochemical and functional characterization of Biopharmaceuticals (e.g. Antibodies, ADCs, etc.) complements our comprehensive portfolio.

In vivo DMPK

Flexibility in study design and meeting demanding time lines is the strength of the Pharmacelsus in vivo team. We offer DMPK studies in mice, rats, guinea pigs and hamsters. The Pharmacelsus offering includes complete workflow studies (in-life part, bioanalysis and PK evaluation, biomarker assessment ). Non-GLP bioanalysis and GLP bioanalysis of samples from all animal species can be performed.

In vitro & in vivo Toxicology

Performed in-house in a quality controlled way

The Pharmacelsus service portfolio on in vitro and in vivo toxicology service offers you a complete workflow. De-risk either your early stage drug discovery or late stage development programs with us. In vitro toxicology assays are performed in-house in a quality controlled way. We offer in vivo non-GLP toxicology studies in-house with rodents, e.g. for the early evaluation of the toxicological potential of drug candidates during development. Thereby, we support all studies with the required bioanalytical analysis. Furthermore, GLP bioanalysis of samples from all animal species can be performed.

G(C)LP & non-GLP Bioanalytics

The Pharmacelsus bioanalytic team performs highest quality analyses with latest edge technology. We support our in house in vitro and in vivo studies as well as external preclinical and clinical studies with diligence and dedication.

In addition, we provide services for compound discovery, database queries of relevant DB, impurity identification, extractable and leachable studies.

Biomarker Services
