Critère d'intégration:
- Sujets de sexe masculin en bonne santé selon l'évaluation de l'investigateur, basée sur une histoire médicale complète comprenant un examen physique, les signes vitaux (pression artérielle (TA), pouls (PR), fréquence respiratoire (RR), température (T)), ECG à 12 dérivations et tests de laboratoire clinique
- Âge de 18 à 45 ans (inclus)
- IMC de 18,5 à 29,9 kg/m2 (inclus)
- Consentement éclairé écrit signé et daté avant l'admission à l'étude, conformément aux BPC et à la législation locale
Sujets masculins qui répondent à l'un des critères suivants depuis au moins 30 jours avant la première administration du médicament d'essai jusqu'à 30 jours après la fin de l'essai :
- Utilisation d'une contraception adéquate, par ex. l'une des méthodes suivantes (de partenaires féminines) plus préservatif : implants, injectables, contraceptifs oraux ou vaginaux combinés, dispositif intra-utérin
- Abstinence sexuelle
- Chirurgicalement stérilisé (y compris l'hystérectomie de la partenaire féminine)
- Partenaire féminin post-ménopausique, défini comme au moins 1 an d'aménorrhée spontanée (dans les cas douteux, un échantillon de sang avec l'hormone folliculo-stimulante (FSH) au-dessus de 40 U/L et l'estradiol en dessous de 30 ng/L est une confirmation)
Critère d'exclusion:
- Tout résultat de l'examen médical (y compris BP, PR ou ECG) s'écartant de la normale et évalué comme cliniquement pertinent par l'investigateur
- Mesure répétée de la pression artérielle systolique en dehors de la plage de 90 à 140 mmHg, de la pression artérielle diastolique en dehors de la plage de 50 à 90 mmHg ou du pouls en dehors de la plage de 50 à 90 bpm
- Toute valeur de laboratoire en dehors de la plage de référence que l'investigateur considère comme cliniquement pertinente, en particulier les paramètres hépatiques (alanine aminotransférase (ALT), aspartate aminotransférase (AST), bilirubine totale) ou les paramètres rénaux (créatinine) dépassant la limite supérieure de la normale (LSN) après des mesures répétées
- Toute preuve d'une maladie concomitante évaluée comme cliniquement pertinente par l'investigateur
- Affections gastro-intestinales, hépatiques, rénales, respiratoires, cardiovasculaires, métaboliques, immunologiques ou hormonales
- Cholécystectomie ou autre intervention chirurgicale du tractus gastro-intestinal pouvant interférer avec la pharmacocinétique du médicament à l'essai (sauf appendicectomie ou réparation simple d'une hernie)
- Antécédents d'hypotension orthostatique pertinente, d'évanouissements ou de toute perte de connaissance inexpliquée
- Infections aiguës chroniques ou pertinentes
- Un test de réaction en chaîne par polymérase (PCR) positif pour le SRAS-CoV-2/COVID-19 et/ou tout symptôme clinique évocateur de cette maladie lors du dépistage et au jour -3.

This arm comprises all placebo treated participants in trial part SRD, regardless of the dose group in which they were treated. Participants were randomized within each dose group in a 3:1 ratio (test treatment to placebo). Participants were administered on Day 1 a single oral dose of matching placebo (the matching placebo is only the solvent for oral solution (Tartaric acid 5 mg/mL) on a volume identical to dose group (DG) of active treatment ) together with about 240 milliliter (mL) of water after an overnight fast of at least 10 hours (h) in the morning. |
