【部門機能】

医薬関連情報の収集及び製品マスタメンテナンス（当社基準に準拠した医薬品のマスタ登録およびメンテナンス）

【業務内容】

•豊富な製薬業界の経験及び知識から精度の高い医薬品のマスタ登録を行うための指示を与える

•グローバルチームとのコミュニケーション（Project：マスタ関連のプロダクトオーナー）

•他部署とも円滑なコミュニケーションおよび協業により部下が働きやすい環境を構築する

•俯瞰的な判断力、迅速な決断力によりリーダーシップで部下の能力を見出し的確な人材育成

•生産性向上、効率化を実現するために部下の業務管理

•複雑な課題について解決をサポート

•継続的な改善を提供する目的で、既存プロセスの継続的な分析と評価を実行

【応募要件】

【必須要件】

・薬剤師あるいは同等レベルの薬剤に関する知識を有する

・薬局/企業での勤務経験（3年以上）

【あると望ましい要件】

■医療業界経験

・誠実なコミュニケーション能力を有する

・PCスキルを有する（基本スキル）

英語力：TOEIC800点以上が望ましい
