Responsibilities
- Establish excellent relationships with potential clients for IQVIA patients’ centric services (PCS)
- Develop offerings and capability presentations for IQVIA’s PCS in Bulgaria; participation as a speaker at internal and external events for offerings’ promotion
- Act as a PCS proposal lead and manage the end-to-end process including the preparation, review and finalization of proposals, pricing and proposal defense with clients
- Lead the end-to-end process for all PCS projects - design, development, implementation and evaluation
- Bulgarian’s patients’ solutions market mapping
- Prepare a detailed GTM strategies and financial/account/commercial plans for PCS offerings development
- Support regional teams in business development efforts
- Project management for all ongoing patient support programs
- Communication and management with external vendors involved in projects’ delivery
- People management of teams delivering patients support on the field for the ongoing projects
- Establish effective relationships with patients’ advocacy groups (PAGs) and scientific societies
- Strong focus on compliance (local and international policies) and data protection regulations
- Quality assurance for ongoing PCS projects including teams’ trainings and internal procedures development (SOPs, work instructions)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in a biomedical discipline (medicine, pharmacy, biology etc.);
- Experience with patient support programs and/or other patients’ focused solutions and services;
- Overall knowledge about the organization and the processes in the Bulgarian healthcare system including patient’s pathways, hospitals’ organization, key stakeholders, treatment reimbursement processes;
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in the patient’s advocacy field;
- Drive and enthusiasm for supporting patients and positively changing their journeys;
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills;
- Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Fluency in Bulgarian and English language;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization, with clients and other external stakeholders like patients’ organization, hospitals’/laboratories management teams etc.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong self-motivation and be able to work independently whilst maintaining broader team goal
