<p>The <b>Senior Director - Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)</b> is an effective leader who works to ensure proper alignment with the company's strategic objectives for enterprise-wide projects, programs and portfolios. They will work as a business partner with the key stakeholders as well as leader of the EPMO team to ensure delivery of business results (expense reductions and/or revenue enhancements).</p><p></p><h2><b>What to Expect</b></h2><ul><li>Typically the <b>Senior Director - EPMO </b>is an advanced, skilled program manager with 15+ years of experience responsible for managing and mentoring a team of skilled, professional Project and Program Managers.</li><li>Works with senior leaders as a business partner to better understand business challenges, strategic goals and opportunities</li><li>Participates in long-range strategic planning</li><li>Provides periodic review of team member performance (formal and informal).</li><li>Manages large, complex enterprise wide related programs or projects that are directed toward a common objective.</li><li>Works with constituent Project Managers, VP's, SVP's, C-Suite, project teams and external vendors to establish strategic vision, launches component projects, implements projects, manages risks, removes roadblocks, monitors cost, schedules, and technical performance, implements change management practices, confirms established operational success metrics for sustainability, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the enterprise program.
