We are currently seeking a to be a part of our Multichannel Fulfilment Partner Department in our North Sydney office.

This role will report to the Department Associate Director and the successful candidate will build and grow client relationship and be responsible for growing revenues by leveraging the solutions provided by the team including multichannel promotional communications to healthcare professionals, risk minimisation communications, patient support programs, and sample management programs. This role works in close partnership with the department colleagues and work cross functionally with a number of internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understands the key priorities of prospective client(s) to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals
  • Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with Marketing Services Business Development Manager and Key Account Managers and other internal teams, develops and presents proposed solutions to client's complex business issues
  • Typically interfaces with marketing, market research, sales management and/or regulatory affairs in existing and prospective client(s)
  • Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with colleagues to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Preparation of client quotations and entry and tracking of opportunities in SFDC
  • Tracking of key metrics and monthly spend and reporting to client
  • Execution of client mailers, faxes and emails including data set up, mail merges and vendor/offshore resource management
  • Internal collaboration across IQVIA offerings teams
  • Liaising with external print, packaging & logistics providers
  • Inbound and Outbound calls, cold calling where necessary

Successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of one (1) year relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred)
  • Previous Healthcare experience (preferred)
  • Previous digital advertising and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and listening skills in person, virtual, phone and email
  • Competent in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Analytical skills with accurate data handling and process driven, ability to reference and compare database records from sources
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
