Overview:

Manages and creates contracted deliverables and revenue generating requests for clients. Builds, establishes and maintains effective business relationships with clients to support their questions and requests as their day-to-day contact. Partners with clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA Global products and services by explaining and expanding the usage of current IQVIA deliverables while identifying revenue opportunities within existing clients.  Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are complex and non-routine. Conducts product/services and process training for clients and other employees. Facilitate service meetings established by contract and client. Partners with the account manager to identify client business issues and provide solutions. Represent IQVIA on external client projects.  

The role of a Market Research analyst:

  •  Manage Pharma accounts purchasing GMI offerings 

  •  Ensures fulfillment of contract specifications or possibly ad-hoc requests for assigned pharma accounts

  •  Partners with clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA products and services while identifying revenue opportunities

  •  Research, analyze and respond to client inquiries that may be very complex and non-routine

  •  Partners with account manager to identify client business issues and provide solutions

  •  Conducts product, service and process training for clients and IQVIA employees 

  •  Active participant within recurring client facing service meetings  

  •  Client focused, flexible, able to multitask, excellent time management skills and a team player who is also able to work independently  

  •  Day-to-day contact builds, establishes & maintains effective business relationships with client to support their questions & requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

  • Five (5) years of related work experiencePreferred

  • Knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of the client service representative field - Required

  • Knowledge of IQVIA products Preferred

  • Pharmaceutical experience Preferred

  • Meeting facilitation, presentation and training experience

  • Proficiency in PC applications, such as Excel

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral) and to manipulate large transactional databases

  • Good business acumen

  • Demonstrates problem solving, analytical and expert customer service skills

  • Demonstrates ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment and to understand complex concepts and processes quickly

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,300.00 - $96,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
