Job Overview 

As a within our Marketing team, your main responsibility will be to manage the relationship with key national data suppliers (Hospitals) within a mid-sized market or significant segment of a large market or large region as well as to get new data suppliers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceeds the assigned contract goals in large, complex accounts.• Develops and executes new contracts strategy.• Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying the new business opportunities.• Leads negotiations in renewing multi year contracts within assigned national accounts.• Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned suppliers.• Manages the overall relationships to ensure a high level in supplier satisfaction.• Coordinates the involvement of IQVIA resources (marketing, consulting, client services, ...) in use of IQVIA information services to anticipate and meet supplier needs and oversees implementation, coordination and follow through of all contracts and information services agreements.• Develops and execute account plans and monitor progress.• Adjust plans according to significant changes in business conditions.• Responsible of the panel cost planning and forecasting.

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferably a Hospital Pharmacist, Pharmacist or Physician.• Strong customer account management and development/negotiating skills.

• Very strong communication, listening and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical/problem solving, & planning skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities.• Pharmaceutical marketplace & industry business knowledge.• Market research method/practice knowledge.• Expertise and creativity to solve problems.• Able to lead teams in a effective way

• Extensive and expert knowledge of IQVIA core products, customer account management, and IQVIA information solutions /consulting services portfolio Advanced.
