Medpace will be hosting an In-Person Recruitment Event in Cincinnati.

Responsibilities

Below are the positions we will be recruiting for at this event:

Clinical Research Associate

  • Comprehensive training program that will provide you the resources and knowledge to monitor sites independently;
  • Must be willing to travel 60-70%; and
  • Communicates with medical staff and clinical research physicians.

Patient Recruitment Coordinator

  • Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies;
  • Track progress of media generated referrals and overall study enrollment; and
  • Create study specific social media sites and educational materials.

Project Coordinator

  • Engage in clinical trial management on a day to day level;
  • Work closely with the project CTM for timely delivery of tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy; and
  • Create and maintain project timelines, coordinate project meetings, and produce quality meeting minutes.

Regulatory Submissions Coordinator

  • Assist with the start-up of clinical research sites;
  • Collaborate with Institutional Review Boards (IRB); and
  • Prepare regulatory documents, including Informed Consent Forms.

Data Coordinator

  • Participate as part of a team on various project(s);
  • Validate an entry database design;
  • Report metrics and data trends on project(s); and
  • Identify data conflicts and issues on project(s).

Feasibility Coordinator

  • Strategize methodological plans for optimized study execution and performance; and
  • Perform extensive research to make informed country and site selections.

Finance Account Analyst—Laboratory Operations

  • Budget/contract development for all changes in scope

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for all projects (financials, contracts, invoicing)

  • Target both business and life science backgrounds for this role

Clinical Packaging and Supplies Specialist

  • Provide support to investigational supply chain, potentially including manufacturing, packaging, labeling, storage, and distribution;
  • Track investigational product shipments to study sites and vendor depots;
  • Maintain relationships with Clinical Trial Management, external vendors, and other parties related to investigational product

Qualifications

  • Life Science Degrees perferred
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
