What you will be doing:

  • Recruit, nanage and lead FSP staff across the Philippines as we build up a new team for our client
  • Support, coach and oversee the team of Statistical Programmers to meet expected study timelines and deliverables
  • Provide technical and process related guidance to team members
  • Be the point of escalation and contact for the client
  • Ensure all staff are trainined on appropriate SOPs, policies and regulations and support day to day operational issues

You are:

  • BA/BSc or higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Compute Science, Life Sciences or other related scientific subjects
  • 6 years relevant statistical programming experience, preferably with minimum 1 year within the clinical development environment (CRO/Pharma)
  • Previous line management experience (preferably min. 2 years)
  • Indepth knowledge of end to end statistical programming process from docuemtn review, data and programing specification preparation, SDTM, ADaM, TFL creation and validation
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
