You will be supporting ThermoFisher Scientific products to both internal and external customers.

What will you do:

• Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Life Sciences product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries received via telephone, email or web chat
• Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system
• Participate in frequent trainings on products and continuing education on new applications and technologies
• Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ and technical information
• Participate in additional special team or individual projects

Education and competencies required:

• A BSc. or MSc. degree in Life Sciences or a similar field
• 1 year laboratory experience
• Effective communication, both written and oral
• Customer centric attitude
• Proficient in English and another language (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
