As a microbiologist with us, you'll:
  • Participate in setting up clean rooms, ensuring our environments meet the highest standards.

  • Implement risk assessments and monitoring strategies to safeguard against contamination.

  • Conduct environmental monitoring, collecting samples and analyzing them to maintain efficient conditions.

  • Perform microbiological, physicochemical, and biochemical testing to ensure the quality of our products.

  • Engage in product and process validation, ensuring that everything we produce meets the highest standards.

  • Collaborate with our team to develop procedures and provide training to ensure consistent excellence.

  • Monitor deviations in our production environment and take proactive measures to prevent non-conformities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biology, or bioengineering or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.

  • Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office.

  • Previous laboratory work experience.

  • Additional qualifications such as a master's degree or specific knowledge of microbiological methods are considered a plus.

Considered a plus:
  • Master's degree.

  • Experience in a microbiology laboratory.

  • Knowledge of microbiological methods.

  • Experience with GGP, knowledge of principles and rules of working and behavior in clean rooms, knowledge of quality management system standards requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €23 800,00–€35 650,00.
