Our Language Services team is seeking a highly organized and proactive entry levelProject Assistant to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects,
You will be responsible for all administrative tasks relating to our Patient Centred Sciences projects and you will provide assistance to senior management and project management.
Responsibilities:
- As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
- Assist with the pre-translation and post-translation files prepping
- Assist Project Managers and Client Managers with administrative tasks: files checking, folders creation, certificates issuing etc
- Create and maintain translation & certification records on clients’ platforms
- Help organizing post-translation and linguistic validation final report
- Assists with urgent tasks relating to translation projects’ launch
- Support internal team with knowledge base creation
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need?
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Linguistics
- Proven experience as a Project Assistant or in a similar administrative role – minimum of 1.5 years’ experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
