Responsible for Planning, delivery and governance of division digital contents across all Thermo Fisher’s web, microsites and social properties, such as ThermoFisher.com, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, LINE, LinkedIn etc.
Provide innovative solutions that enable our Division to achieve the engaged traffic, new contact acquisition, marketing qualified leads and revenue goals
Identify, build and evaluate the digital marketing content and messaging we should be offering to our customers across the buyer’s buy experience based on data insights
Lead marketing collateral production, including web copy, landing pages, infographics, email copy, podcasts, video scripts etc. in conjunction with regional marketing and demand generation initiatives
Work with regional marketing teams to support social media activity across Division campaigns and events, through the digital content, development of content calendars, communication of brand/product messages and analysis of results
Handle performance of social paid channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and regional platforms like Telegram and LINE) and optimizing advertising budgets to drive impressions and click-through rate
Responsible for our Division’s customer data management, this includes collecting, analyzing, coordinating customer information, and nurture the email database to improve customer loyalty, retention and lead generation
Support the regional and in-country marketing teams to plan and host marketing events (virtual and on-site)
Analyze digital campaign performance in end-of-campaign reports, with results, key outcomes and takeaways and evolve how we analyse and measure the impact of digital marketing
In-depth market research and analysis to drive digital initiatives and stay informed on platform and latest trends, think out of the box and establish process for scaling our Division campaigns together with regional marketing teams
Background:
Formal education in marketing with validated experience will be highly advantageous
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Understand Workflows within the Life Science field to be able to drive targeted marketing campaign
High level of familiarity and competence in computer use; specifically, the Microsoft Office suite of applications - Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook
Proficiency with CRM, marketing tools and related systems
Successful track record of achieving results through collaboration with key partners
Excellent analytical, communications—both oral and written, and project management skills
