Position: Senior Account Manager (LIMS)
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategies to achieve booking and revenue targets, promoting LIMS solutions for digital transformation.
- Stay updated on market trends, applications, and supported infrastructure of LIMS. Develop and implement account strategies for the Pharma, Industrial, and emerging markets.
- Understand LIMS pricing, licensing procedures, service values, and approvals matrix, applying this knowledge to daily work.
- Identify high-potential accounts, taking ownership and managing the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with sales professionals, pre-sales, service professionals, and executives to respond effectively to leads.
- Prepare quotes and proposals, ensuring appropriate configurations and acceptance conditions for closing orders.
- Maintain accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage forecast progress, understand budget issues at each customer, and take strategic action.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities to exceed sales objectives.
- Travel approximately 40-75% domestically or as the need arises to meet customers.
- Record all sales activities and processes in Salesforce in real-time.
Location: Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Wuxi.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing and closing sophisticated sales cycles, preferably in sales or business development.
- Proven track record to initiate and drive sales opportunities, effectively relating technical and business concepts to LIMS applications.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate territory dynamics and develop sophisticated sales plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Quick learner of solutions and technologies, translating their business value into customer benefits.
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Life Science, Pharma, Chemistry.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Sales experience in large-scale service projects or digital tools in the pharma or chemical industry preferred.
