What will you do:

The EMEA Regional Market Development Manager defines the marketing campaign strategy for customers in EMEA, taking into account business goals of the LCD division across customer segments and competitor plays. They will focus on translating business strategies into customer centric marketing strategies and will work closely with commercial on the go-to-market approach.

  • Develop strategic, multi-channel integrated marketing plans for prioritised segments in EMEA, creating or using competitor analysis, business trends, market opportunities, and staging and pacing of tactical programs to drive revenue growth
  • Consistently apply detailed analysis and routine reporting of region business performance to build, implement and adapt regional GTM plans
  • Propose and complete customer and market research programs to provide key market insights and actionable business outcomes in the region
  • Build a network of influence within the LCD organization and the Regional Commercial, Channel and marketing teams across the organization to ensure that all parties are aligned, and be an advocate of EMEA LCD worldwide
  • Drive sales activation and sales enablement direct and through the channel
  • Work in close association with direct and channel commercial teams to deliver regional revenue targets. Partner with commercial leaders to align marketing /sales strategies
  • Lead the OpEx forecasting and ensure the marketing plan is deployed to improve spend in line with the plan.

How will you get here:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry or Marketing.

Experience:
  • Experience developing marketing strategy and successfully conducting marketing plans.
  • Experience in life sciences industry preferred
