General Purpose of the Position:

The "Accounts Payable Representative II" plays an important role in the "Procure to Pay" department, as it aims to ensure the processing of invoices for the realization of payments to the company's suppliers in the established time, taking into consideration the payment terms and corporate goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional back-office service to internal clients and analysts, processing documents, creating follow-up requests, and directing cases for resolution.
  • Support quality control efforts by thoroughly reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance, promptly informing management of any quality concerns, and offering valuable insights to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Complete assigned work and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, colleagues, and internal clients to identify priorities and expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing relevant action plans and fostering open-door communication.
  • Maintain involvement and communication with internal clients through email.
  • Provide support and fulfill any other requests as needed by the company.

Requirements:
  • Professional Technician or university high school student in Accounting or Administration.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in the area.
  • Experience in Shared Service Centers.
  • B1+ English Level.
  • MS Office: Word, Power Point, Outlook - Excel basic.
