Establish relationships globally with homecare providers, sponsors, laboratories and pharmacies. Create, negotiate, review/edit, and execute Confidentiality Agreements, Homecare Agreements, Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and related Amendments. Identify and mitigate potential legal liabilities for Clinical Resource Network, LLC., by working with immediate supervisor, outside attorney and internal team members. Identify, draft and present for execution all legal documents for Clinical Resource Network, LLC working with the immediate supervisor; and outside attorney, when necessary. Act as a Sponsor agreement liaison; coordinate with Sponsor contracting team concerning initial contracting, scope changes and required contract revisions

Establish relationships with homecare providers globally; coordinate communications and contracting process with providers participating in international clinical trials. Develop and sustain relationships with potential "preferred providers" and coordinate communications to establish Master Service Agreements which drive volume, minimize costs, and increase profitability.Act as sponsor agreement liaison; coordinate with sponsor contracting team concerning scope changes and required contract revisions.Negotiate, draft, review/edit, and present for execution all legal documents and agreements on behalf of Symphony; Confidentiality Agreements, Homecare Agreements, Service Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and related Amendments. Maintain hard copy files and electronic files of agreements.Develop and implement strategies to continually enhance the contract process while insuring legal compliance and balancing business needs, core values, market strategies.Participate in business development activities to support overall business objectives.Adhere to specified timelinesOther duties as required
