目的:
- 補助化学療法を受けている乳癌の女性で、ゾレドロネート、カルシウム、コレカルシフェロール (ビタミン D) による治療を 12 か月と 36 か月行った後の腰椎の骨密度を比較します。
概要: これは無作為化された非盲検の多施設研究です。 患者は、タモキシフェンによる治療の意図 (はい vs いいえ) およびリンパ節の状態 (陰性 vs 陽性 vs 不明 [ネオアジュバント療法を受けている患者の場合]) に従って層別化されます。 患者は 2 つの治療群のうちの 1 つに無作為に割り付けられます。
