実現可能性を確立し、PD患者とその介護者に対するグループ訪問の利点を推定する。
実現可能性は、パイロット試験に約 40 名を登録し維持する能力 (12 か月の研究を完了した個人の数と研究訪問の少なくとも半分によって測定) によって評価されます。
グループ訪問に対する以下のさまざまな結果の反応性がパイロット試験中に評価されます:生活の質、患者の満足度、うつ病、介護者の負担、資源の利用、疾患の進行。
有効性に関する主要評価項目は、対照群(定期ケア)と介入群(グループ訪問)における、ベースラインから 12 か月までのパーキンソン病質問票 39 の変化の比較となります。

説明
包含基準:
- 特発性パーキンソン病の臨床診断は、PD の 4 つの主要な特徴 (安静時振戦、運動緩慢、歯車の固縮、および歩行の不安定性) のうち 2 つを備えていることによって決定され、症状の病因について代替説明がない。
- インフォームドコンセントを提供する意欲と能力があり、グループ訪問や研究活動に積極的に参加できる
除外基準:
- -研究者の判断により、グループ訪問の実施または研究への参加に干渉する可能性がある認知障害、精神障害、または臨床的に重大な薬物乱用の履歴または現在の薬物乱用。
