타당성을 확립하고 PD를 가진 개인과 그 간병인을 위한 단체 방문의 이점을 추정합니다.
타당성은 파일럿 시험에서 ~40명을 등록하고 유지하는 능력에 의해 평가될 것입니다(12개월 연구를 완료하고 연구 방문의 절반 이상을 방문한 개인의 수로 측정).
그룹 방문에 대한 다음과 같은 다양한 결과의 반응성은 파일럿 시험 중에 평가될 것입니다: 삶의 질, 환자 만족도, 우울증, 간병인 부담, 자원 활용 및 질병 진행.

설명
포함 기준:
- 파킨슨병의 4가지 주요 특징 중 2가지(안정 떨림, 운동완서, 톱니바퀴 강직, 보행 불안정성) 중 2가지를 갖고 증상의 원인에 대한 대체 설명이 없는 것으로 결정되는 특발성 파킨슨병의 임상 진단
- 정보에 입각한 동의를 제공하고 그룹 방문에 적극적으로 참여하고 연구 활동을 완료할 의지와 능력
제외 기준:
- 인지 장애, 정신 장애, 또는 연구자의 판단에 따라 그룹 방문 또는 연구 참여를 방해할 수 있는 임상적으로 중요한 약물 남용의 병력 또는 현재.
