脊髄損傷(SCI)を患う児童や青少年のリハビリテーションの最終目標は、彼らが同世代の子供たちと同じように生産的で満足のいく生活を送れるよう成長できるようにすることです。
成人後の患者のこうした転帰に関連する要因を理解することは、長期的な転帰を最適化する介入やリハビリテーション戦略を特定するのに役立つ可能性があります。
生存、参加、健康状態、健康関連の生活の質、生活の満足度などの重要な結果を特定するには、小児発症性脊髄損傷の成人を対象とした長期研究が必要です。
さらに、これらの結果を母集団の標準と比較する必要があります。
重要な結果の予測モデルは、人口動態、障害、機能制限、参加、環境要因、個人要因などの独立した要因を使用して開発されます。
さらに、受傷時の年齢、上肢再建術または機能的電気刺激インプラント、およびミトロファノフ手術が成人の転帰に与える影響も評価されます。
規範データおよび国勢調査データと比較した選択された結果の安定性が決定され、これらの結果の変化に関連する要因が評価されます。

除外基準:
- 英語以外の言語に対する対策が不足していること、および外国語を話す研究助手が不足していることにより、英語を話さない人
