詳細な説明
これは、研究のさまざまな段階で混合方法が使用される横断研究です。 混合法では、1 回の調査で定量的データと定性的データの両方を収集して分析します。 データは同時にまたは順次に収集され、調査プロセス中の 1 つまたは複数の段階で統合されます。 この調査は、目的に答える段階を含む 3 つのフェーズに分けられます。
この研究の第 1 段階では、研究の目的 1 ~ 3 に答えようとします。 ステージ 1 には、PLWSCI の中で最も効果的な職業リハビリテーション介入を特定するための文献の体系的なレビューが含まれます。 ステージ 2 では、医療ファイルを遡及的に分析することにより、職業リハビリテーションの実践におけるギャップを特定することを目的として、南アフリカで SCI を維持している個人に提供されるリハビリテーション サービスを決定します。 このフェーズはフォーカス グループによって終了され、PLWSCI に提出された現在の職業リハビリテーションの実践をさらに調査します (ステージ 3)。

• 脊椎に損傷を負い、永久的な神経学的損傷 (完全または不完全) をもたらし、農村部、都市周辺部、および都市部に居住しなければならない人。
除外基準
• 言葉でコミュニケーションできない脊髄損傷者
フェーズ 3 の包含基準
- PLWSCI 地方、都市周辺、および都市部に居住する人への傷害。
- SCI を維持している個人の管理に直接関与し、社会奉仕後の 2 年以上の経験を持つリハビリテーションの専門家。
- 民間部門と公共部門の両方で監督および管理職としてフルタイムで雇用されている個人で、現在 PLWSCI である部下がいます。
