- -病歴および少なくとも1つの陽性自己抗体の存在によって確認された1型糖尿病:抗グルタミン酸デカルボキシラーゼ(抗GAD)、膵島抗原2(IA2)、膵島細胞抗体(ICA)
- -空腹時c-ペプチドレベル >/= 0.4 ng/ml
- 過去60日間の糖尿病の診断
- 研究への参加への同意
除外基準:
- 過去4週間の抗生物質療法
- 過去2週間のプロバイオティクスの摂取
- 過去2週間の腸の感染症
- 腸の慢性疾患
