主な目的:

I. チロシンキナーゼ阻害薬 (TKI) 中止後の慢性骨髄性白血病 - 慢性期 (CML-CP) の小児、青年、および若年成人の 2 年無治療寛解 (TFR) 率を決定すること。

Ⅱ． 小児、青年、および若年成人のTKIを再開してから1年後の再導入率および分子寛解の維持（BCR-ABL1 =< 0.1%）を推定すること。

副次的な目的:

I. TKI 中止後の主要分子寛解（MMR）の持続性と治療の再開に影響を与える臨床的要因と臨床検査値の相関関係について説明する（例： 患者の人口統計、以前の分子寛解の期間とレベル、TKIの期間とタイプ、診断時の臨床症状および免疫研究）。

時間枠：TKI中止日から最初のイベント（分子再発、血液学的再発、細胞遺伝学的再発、TKI療法の再開、2度目の悪性新生物、または死亡）または打ち切りの日まで、最大2年間評価
Kaplan Meier 法を使用して、2 年間の TFR を 95% 信頼区間で推定します。
TKI中止日から最初のイベント（分子再発、血液学的再発、細胞遺伝学的再発、TKI療法の再開、2度目の悪性新生物、または死亡）または打ち切りの日まで、最大2年間評価
主要分子寛解（MMR/MR3）
時間枠：最長1年
チロシンキナーゼ阻害剤（TKI）療法を再開する患者の場合、主要分子寛解の累積発生率は、主要な分子寛解を達成する前の死亡を競合イベントとして治療するTKI療法の再開時から計算されます。
