I. 티로신 키나제 억제제(TKI) 중단 후 만성 골수성 백혈병 - 만성기(CML-CP)가 있는 소아, 청소년 및 청년의 2년 무치료 관해(TFR) 비율을 결정하기 위해.

II. 소아, 청소년 및 젊은 성인을 대상으로 TKI를 다시 시작한 후 1년에 재유도율 및 분자 관해(BCR-ABL1 =< 0.1%) 유지를 추정합니다.

2차 목표:

실험적: 기초 과학 (TKI 복용 중지, 생체 시료 수집)
환자는 등록 후 10일 이내에 TKI 약물 복용을 중단합니다. 환자는 1년차에 4주마다, 2년차에 6주마다, 3년차에 12주마다 MMR 손실을 모니터링하기 위해 말초 혈액 수집을 받습니다. 분자 관해를 상실한 환자는 TKI 약물을 다시 시작할 수 있으며 매년 4주마다 모니터링됩니다. 1, 2년차는 6주마다, 3년차는 12주마다.
