少なくとも 2 つのレッド フラグ スコア ファクター (入院前のデータによる) :
- 骨盤骨折の疑い
- 衝撃指数(FC/PAS)>=1
- 微量ヘモグロビン <13g

- 入院前の気管挿管の必要性
