再発リスクの高いHCCの治療選択肢は限られており、手術後の補助療法に関する一貫した計画はありません。

したがって、本プロジェクトでは、再発リスクの高いHCCに対するHIPEC+ティスレリズマブと標的療法の併用療法の有効性と安全性に関する単群臨床試験を実施する予定です。
臨床上の利点を観察し、再発リスクの高い HCC の治療に新しいアイデアとエビデンスに基づく根拠を提供します。

包含基準:
- (1) 西洋医学の診断基準に沿って、病理切片がHCCと診断された;再発のリスクが高い HCC 患者の画像検査および術中検査:複数の腫瘍または衛星病変、腫瘍径が 5cm を超える、HCC の破裂および出血、血管浸潤を伴う、血清 AFP が 32ng/ml を超える。
(2)18~70歳 (3)肝機能:Child-Pugh A、B (4)患者が自発的に本プログラムによる治療を受ける。
除外基準:
- (1) 患者は選択基準を満たしていませんでした。 (2) 経過観察期間中の他の抗悪性腫瘍薬の使用 (3) 重度の心臓および腎臓の損傷。 (4) 投薬の処方箋に従わず、有効性または不完全な情報を判断できない。 (5) 標的療法および抗 PD1 免疫療法には適さない。
