この研究の目的は、光骨折角膜切除術(PRK)後の表在性角膜損傷修復の治療としてのlacripepの安全性と有効性を評価することです。

この研究の目的は、偶発的または戦闘関連の外傷後、または光骨折運位性(PRK)のような眼科手術から見られるような角膜の創傷治癒(目の前面を覆う透明な組織)に対する目のエドロップ薬物療法の影響を評価することです。 この研究は、lacripepが眼の表面治癒における効果的な治療法であり、怪我後の視覚回復をスピードアップするかどうかを理解するのに役立ちます。
参加者は、軍事治療施設でのケアを受ける資格のあるアクティブなサービスメンバーでなければなりません。

- 乱視0〜 -1.50 dおよび-4.00 Dまでの近視(d)球体の球体(d)球体の球体の球体球体の球体の球体球体を望んでいます。
- マニフェスト屈折球体等価性の変化が両眼の0.50ディオプター(d)の変化によって実証されているように、過去1年間の安定した屈折
- 両眼で少なくとも20/20のCDVA
- 二国間PRKを受けることに選出されました
- 術後に最大6か月間のフォローアップ要件を満たすことができます
除外基準:
- 調査員の判断で予防的MMCの使用を必要とする、75ミクロン以上の計算されたアブレーションの深さまたはどちらの眼の他の条件の条件を計算しました
- どちらかの目の不安定または進行性近視、ケラトコノスまたはケラトコノス容疑者の兆候
- どちらの眼における異常な角膜地形の所見など、ケラトコノス、ペルシドの周辺変性
- Monovisionを対象とした治療

- 妊娠中の女性被験者、母乳育児、または研究中に妊娠するつもりです。 妊娠と母乳育児は、この研究に参加しているかどうかにかかわらず、PRKを含む一般的な屈折手術に対する禁忌です。
- Residual, recurrent or active ocular diseases or corneal abnormalities in either eye such as iritis, uveitis, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, herpetic keratitis, vernal conjunctivitis, lagophthalmos, corneal scarring, anterior basement membrane disease, recurrent erosions, glaucoma, previous steroid responder, occludable chamber angles,視覚的に重要な白内障
- 屈折または治療の目的のために、以前の角膜または眼内手術
- コルチコステロイド、抗メタボライト、イソトレチノイン(Accutane®)、塩酸塩(Cordarone®)および/またはスマトリプタン(IMITREX®)など、治癒を損なう可能性のある同時局所または全身性薬物(IMITREXと同じファミリーの他の薬)

Lacripepの有効性
時間枠:上皮の厚さ評価は、術後4日および7日、術後1、3、6か月で行われます。

角膜の創傷治癒に対するラクリペップの有効性を決定するために、上皮の厚さは、光コヒーレンス断層撮影(OCT)を使用して測定されます。
OCTは、光波を使用して組織構造の詳細な画像を作成する非侵襲的なイメージング技術です。

Lacripepの安全性を決定するために、補正距離視力(CDVA)の戻りは、高コントラスト視力検査を使用して測定されます。
CDVAの戻りは、術前ベースラインから失われたCDVAラインが1つしかない眼の割合として定義されます。
