이 연구의 목적은 각막의 상처 치유 (눈의 전면을 덮고있는 투명 조직) 또는 부수적 또는 전투 관련 외상 후에 보이는 것과 같은 시각형 약물 (눈의 전면을 덮는 투명 조직) 또는 광전 형 각화 절제술 (PRK)과 같은 눈 수술에 대한 아이 드롭 약물 인 Lacripep의 효과를 평가하는 것입니다. 이 연구는 Lacripep이 안구 표면 치유 및 부상 후 시각 회복 속도의 효과적인 치료인지 이해하는 데 도움이 될 것입니다.

- 적극적인 의무 미국 군 복무원
- 최대 -4.00 다이오피터 (D) 구체의 원시의 굴절 보정 (D) 기간이 있거나없는 경우 0 ~ -1.50 D 및 최대 -4.00 D까지 두 눈의 구형에 해당합니다.
- 양 눈에서 매니페스트 굴절 구형의 변화에 의해 입증 된 바와 같이 지난해 안정적인 굴절
- 양쪽 눈에서 최소 20/20의 CDVA
- 양자 PRK를 받기로 선택되었습니다
- 수술 후 최대 6 개월 동안 후속 요건을 충족 할 수 있습니다.
제외 기준 :
- 조사관의 판단에서 예방 MMC를 사용해야 할 75 미크론 또는 기타 조건의 계산 된 절제 깊이
- 불안정하거나 진보적 인 근시, 케라 토코 누스 또는 각질의 용의자의 징후
- 두 눈의 비정상 각막 지형 소견 예를 들어, 케라 토코 누스, 펠루 쿠드 한계 변성
- Monovision 대상 치료
- (a) Corneal Fluorescein Staining 총 점수는 National Eye Institute (NEI)/산업 워크샵 척도에서 총 점수 ≥4, (b) 두 눈에서 (c) 두 눈에서 증상 점수 ≤40 (Sande)에서 증상 점수 ≤40
- 임신, 모유 수유 또는 연구 중에 임신을하려는 여성 피험자. 임신과 모유 수유는이 연구에 참여했는지 여부에 관계없이 PRK를 포함하여 일반적으로 굴절 수술에 대한 금기 사항입니다.
- 이염, 포도막염, 케라 토 코네 틴 티브염 SICCA, 고장 각막염, vernal 결막염, 리게프 탈모, 각막 흉터, 내부 지하실 막 질환, 재발 물질 침식, glaucoma, occlude areverance angalser, occludable reportons, occludable arevance argels, visoid restarond와 같은 두 눈의 잔류, 재발 또는 활성 안구 질환 또는 각막 이상.
- 굴절 또는 치료 목적으로 두 눈의 이전 각막 또는 안내 수술
- 코르티코 스테로이드, 항 대사 산물, 이소 트레 티노 인 (Accutane®), 아미오다론 히드로 클로라이드 (Cordarone®) 및/또는 수마트립탄 (imitrex®)을 포함하여 치유를 손상시킬 수있는 동시 국소 또는 전신 약물

각막 상처 치유에 대한 경찰관의 효능을 결정하기 위해, 상피 두께는 광학 일관성 단층 촬영 (OCT)을 사용하여 측정 될 것이다.

Lacripep의 안전성을 결정하기 위해, 교정 된 거리 시력 (CDVA)의 반환은 고 대비 시력 테스트를 사용하여 측정됩니다.
CDVA의 반환은 수술 전 기준선에서 손실 된 CDVA 라인이 1 개 이하인 눈의 백분율로 정의됩니다.
