  • 조직학적으로 입증된 피부 기원의 흑색종 또는 원발성 또는 임상적으로 처음 발견된 림프절 또는 위성/운송 중 재발의 초기 발현 시 알려지지 않은 원발성 흑색종

    • 원격 전이 없음
    • 안구, 점막 또는 기타 비피부 기원의 흑색종 없음

  • 다음 기준 중 하나는 새로 진단된 흑색종 또는 이전에 현재 후속 임상적 국소 림프절 질환 및/또는 위성/이행 중 질환이 있는 원발성 진단을 받은 환자에게 적용되어야 합니다.

    • 림프절이 1개 이상 침범된 궤양성 원발성 흑색종(미소/잠재 또는 거시/임상적으로 명백한)

  • 재발성 질환이 있는 환자는 이전의 완전한 림프절 절제술의 국소 결절 분지에 재발성 질환이 있어야 합니다.
  • 1차 부위에 적합한 해부학적 배수 유역인 경우 여러 지역 결절 유역 침범 허용

  • 환자는 등록 시점에 다음 수술 기준에 따라 질병이 없어야 합니다.
